1. Refund Policy:
Once delivered, products cannot be refunded. The advance delivery charge is also non-refundable.
2. Return and Exchange:
Returns or exchanges are not allowed after delivery is complete.
3. Service Warranty:
We offer a 1-year service warranty for technical issues, such as battery failure, non-moving hands, or other mechanical problems.
4. Exclusions:
Physical damage is not covered by the warranty.
5. Warranty Card:
You must keep the warranty card to claim any services. If lost, you won’t be able to use the warranty.
6. Service Procedure:
Customers must send the watch to our authorized service center. If you'd prefer delivery, additional charges apply, which must be paid by the customer.
7. Inspection upon Delivery:
Please open the package in front of the delivery person to check for any issues. If the product is damaged, incorrect, or has any issues, you can return it to the delivery person.
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you no longer want it, you can return it by paying an 80 BDT delivery charge.
Once the delivery person leaves, the product is non-returnable or refundable.
